Terms & Condition
RESERVATION
Reservations for package tours, hotels, domestic and international
flights and other services can be booked directly to AYE MAR and YE
AUNG. To ensure reservations especially for domestic flight WE
suggests to all partners to submit the following information at
least 30 days prior to arrival date:
• Number of people travelling
• Number of rooms (Single & Twin) and hotel category
• Services requested (meals, transportation, guide and itinerary)
• Date of flights (arrival & departure)
• And any other necessary information.
All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Any verbal quote of price given is only an estimate and will be
subject to payment confirmation of the reservation.
TOUR PRICE
Include: accommodation, transportation, airport taxes, tour and
other services as specified in the programs
Exclude: international air ticket, visa fees or other documentation,
taxis fare outside of regular transfers provided, telephone calls,
personal and baggage insurance, laundry, liquor, drinks, excess
baggage charges, room service, meals (unless specified) tips or any
item of a person nature.
CHANGES IN PRICES AND ITINERARIES
Due to fluctuations of exchange rates, cost elements in tour such as
government tax and accommodation, we reserve the right to adjust our
tour price as deemed necessary at any time up to and including the
day of departure of your tour, even though the balance of payment
may already have been made. Further, if we are forced to change your
booking or parts of it for reasons beyond our control; we reserve
the right to offer you an alternative tour itinerary as deemed
appropriate or refund at the full amount less penalties without
prior notice.
TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS
We are a travel agent but not a carrier or hotelier, nor do we own
aircraft, hotels, coaches or vans. The hotel accommodation or other
services are provided by hotelier or other service providers on
their own conditions, therefore, it is important to note that all
bookings are subject to terms and conditions of liability imposed by
the hotelier or other service providers themselves.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
We always do our best to make sure your arrangements are
satisfactory, however, the standards of accommodation and other
services contained in this brochure are based on various factors,
which are generally accepted as indicative of a certain class,
however, we do not represent or guarantee the standard, class or
fitness for purpose of that accommodation or service. We do not
accept liability in contract or in contort for any injury, damages,
loss delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly by
force majored or other events which are beyond our control, or which
are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including,
but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually
severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other
authorities, accident or failure of machinery or equipments or
industrial action.
PAYMENT
Payment in full is required, in advance, and should be paid in cash
(USD), credit card or by bank transfer twenty days prior to the
tour's date of commencement, to the following account:

CANCELLATION
Should you or a customer have to cancel the tour, you must
advise us in writing . The cancellation is effective only upon
receiving letter, fax or e-mail from you. Cancellation is subject to
an additional charge to cover our booking costs.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all travelers should subscribe an
adapted travel insurance policy before leaving the country of
origin.
